• Setting sail. Board the trajinera at Fernando Celda’s pier for a peaceful glide through the canals.
• Scenic passage. Cross Laguna del Toro for birdwatching and enter the Sabinos Canal’s natural tunnel.
• Breakfast on board. Traditional (café de olla, tamales, pan dulce, agua de jamaica) or plant-based (fruit with granola, panqué de amaranto, café de olla or tea) — proudly plastic-free.
